A good samaritan purchased ten 3-month memberships for local healthcare providers and teachers to say thanks for everything they do for our community, especially this year. If you're a healthcare worker or teacher, enter to win using the form below.
Must be 18 years or older. Must be a healthcare worker/teacher and currently working. Must not be a member of Fairmont Fitness within the past year. Winners will be randomly selected on January 22nd. Winners must redeem their membership in February.
